Office- und Projekt-Manager (w/m/d) – Teilzeit / Vollzeit

Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n: Office- und Projekt-Manager (w/m/d) Teilzeit oder Vollzeit | Standort: Hybrid (München und Umgebung) Deine Aufgaben Du bist die rechte Hand der Geschäftsführung und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle im organisatorischen Tagesgeschäft. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören: • Projektkoordination in den Bereichen Herstellung und Vermarktung • Unterstützung in administrativen Prozessen: Finanzen, Personal, Einkauf und Partnerkommunikation • Organisation und Nachverfolgung von Meetings, Prozessen und Aufgaben • Dokumentation, Recherche und Vorbereitungen für strategische Entscheidungen • Nutzung moderner Tools und KI-gestützter Systeme zur Effizienzsteigerung Dein Profil • Abgeschlossenes Studium (B.A./B.Sc.) in Wirtschaft, Kommunikations- oder Naturwissenschaften oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung • Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer professionellen Organisation mit Innovations- und Qualitätsanspruch • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Entscheidungsfreude sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Integrität • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Interesse an neuen Technologien wie KI Was wir bieten • Ein abwechslungsreiches und unternehmerisches Arbeitsumfeld in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung • Persönliche und berufliche Weiterentwicklung • Ein werteorientiertes, unterstützendes Team mit Start-up-Spirit • Die Möglichkeit, aktiv Strukturen mitzugestalten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen • Flexible Arbeitszeiten und moderne Arbeitsmittel Jetzt Teil der YuvenLife-Reise werden!
